Important Back to School Information

Avoid the Wait - Register Today! Returning student registration is as easy as 1-2-3! Check it off your to-do list! A few minutes now can save you from a long wait at walk-in registration later this week.  Complete the online registration forms in Skyward Family Access. Parents and guardians who choose to register their child(ren) during walk-in registration will still complete this step online through Skyward Family Access in the computer lab.   Provide proof of residency. Returning student residency for the 2014-15 school year has been verified electronically. Parents and guardians of returning students should have already received a letter via postal mail with the results of the residency verification and indicate next steps. Pay registration fees. These can be paid via credit card (online through Skyward Family Access), check payable to Woodridge School District 68 (postal mail or in person at walk-in registration), or cash (in person only). Note: All three steps must be finished to complete the registration process.

Walk-In Registration Walk-in registration for all students will be held at the following times: Wednesday, August 6th 2:00-7:00pm   Thursday, August 7th 1:00-8:00pm   PLEASE NOTE: Walk-in registration will take place at Thomas Jefferson Junior High, 7200 Janes Avenue, for ALL students.

School Supply Collection The Woodridge Junior Woman's Club is once again supporting Woodridge 68 students with their annual school supply collection now through Monday, August 18th.   All new school supplies including backpacks, binders, notebooks, folders, pens, pencils, glue, etc. are accepted as donations. Collection sites include: Woodridge Public Library (3 Plaza Drive) Jewel (75th Street & Janes Avenue) Walgreens (63rd Street & Belmont Avenue) Questions may be directed to Eileen Miller (630-740-2617) of the Woodridge Juniors.

Back to School Fair The DuPage Regional Office of Education partners with Catholic Charities to help our county's low-income families at the annual Back to School Fair.   Wednesday, August 6th 11:00am-6:00pm   Odeum Expo Center 1033 North Villa Avenue Villa Park   The fair provides free school supplies, immunizations, physicals, dental exams and more. Some documentation is required. Details can be found on the informational flyer in Peachjar.

Monday, August 25th: Willow Creek Student/Teacher Meet and Greet 12 p.m.-1 p.m. The event will be held on our new brick paved play area in the back of the school PTO will be providing Freeze Pops Pre-Ordered School Supply Kits can be picked up Wednesday, August 27th (Grades 1-8): First Day of School- Elementary 8:20am-2:55pm, Junior High 8:10am-3:25pm Kindergarten Orientation Times will be shared with kindergarten parents when they are notified of their class placements. Parents will receive individual phone calls from the office the week before school starts!
